Product Description:
We have taken a great deal of care to make sure our product information is accurate. However, discrepancies can occur. For instance, whilst every attempt has been made to faithfully reproduce colours, because cashmere is a natural fibre there may be a slight difference between batches, so the colour in the brochure or online may differ slightly from the colour of the garment. Also, changes in a product’s specification may become necessary during production. If this happens, we will do our best to make you aware of it before your order is processed.
Availability:
We try to maintain a high level of stock and when you place an order we’ll tell you when it will be dispatched. But despite our best efforts, sometimes demand takes us by surprise and items become unavailable. If this is the case we will tell you as soon as possible

Orders are processed and delivered Monday to Friday, excluding public and bank holidays. Arfary cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays
Returns:
Arfary wants to ensure your complete satisfaction. For Arfary shop online purchases, we will accept the return of goods not worn, used or damaged for a full refund when accompanied by the original sales receipt
All goods must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. You are responsible for any return delivery charges; any delivery charges already paid are non-refundable
Any product you wish to exchange for a more or less expensive product you will be charged or refunded accordingly Please return any garments or goods you wish not to keep, unworn and in the original package enclosing your original receipt
Easy-to-follow instructions for returning goods are included with each delivery. Every effort will be made to issue a prompt refund within 14 days from our receipt of your written notice of cancellation. We will send you an email notification once the return has been processed
Cancellation:
In the event of a customer purchasing an item mistakenly and through no fault of Arfary , we will be pleased to replace or refund the item provided that the original item is returned to us in an unused and saleable condition. Postage or delivery costs cannot be refunded
